Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products after they have been received. The customer can request a refund for any reason. We will refund the purchase price if the product does not meet expectations, or if the item was damaged or delivered in a defective condition.
What does the customer need to do to receive a refund?
To receive a refund, you must inform us that you wish to return the product within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to our customer service at info@camolee.com.
The return must include an order number, as well as your name and address, so we can quickly identify it as yours. You will then receive the return center address and need to send the item back to the specified address.
Who covers the costs?
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
What happens if I receive an obviously defective item?
In the case that the customer receives a damaged product, we will send the same product again free of charge. The customer does not need to return the damaged product.
When can the customer expect a refund?
A refund will be processed within 2-4 days after the return arrives, in the form of a refund to the original payment method.
